1. Company information
www.nousatelier.se is provided by Nous Atelier AB with Org number 559026-1672. Information & images on the website are owned by the company or partner and may not be copied without permission
2. Prices
Each item is listed including VAT in Euro. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments
3.1 Payment
Payment takes place through the selected payment method at the checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners, and PayPal.
3.2 Card payment
Bank payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your payment card is debited immediately
3.3.1 Invoice & partial payment
In collaboration with Walley, we offer invoice and partial payment. The service is based on a one-time credit that enables simple and secure payment of your purchases by invoice or instalments. The invoice is due in 14 days. After the purchase is completed, the invoice is sent to your specified e-mail address. You can subsequently choose to pay the entire amount at once or apply to split the payment into smaller parts by logging in at https://commerce.collector.se/Portal.
To be able to use the service, you must be a resident of Sweden at the time of purchase and be at least 18 years old. The payment method is only available to private individuals and, as a creditor, Walley checks that you have met your financial obligations and have a good payment history.
A credit check is carried out in connection with the purchase, which means that a credit report is obtained. Credit information taken by Walley does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. In the event of delayed or non-existent payment, a late fee and late payment interest will be charged.

3.3.3 Refund in case of invoice or installment purchase
You who have paid your invoice or partial payment but still regretted your purchase have a credit balance with Walley. Walley will refund the amount you have paid after we have received information about an approved return from the merchant. The refund is made to your account, which is why you need to notify us of your account details together with the invoice details.

4. Shipping & Shipping Methods
Sweden – 1-2 days – free shipping
Italy – 1-5 days – less than 46 euro the cost is 8 euro – 46 euro and higher free shipping
Europe – 2-10 days – less than 100 euro the cost is 15 euro – 101 euro and higher free shipping
USA – 10-15 days – less than 250 euro the cost is 20 euro – 251 euro and higher free shipping
Rest of the world – less than 350 euro the cost is 40 euro – 351 euro and higher free shipping
We deliver with Post Nord in the Sweden area, Europe and USA and with DHL specific for Italy.
4.2 Deliveries
Orders placed before 2pm are processed the same day and normally delivered within 1-3 days. The delivery takes place directly to the address you have entered at the time of ordering
4.3 Damaged goods and complaints
When receiving your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the product be incorrect or damaged, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail to the address test@test.se and you will receive further instructions. You have a 3-year right of complaint according to Swedish law.
5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the product can be returned in its original packaging and is in essentially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the packaging and try the product, but it may not be used beyond this. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping
6. Repayment obligation
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we must refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return cost yourself when the item is sent back. We pay all the return costs for sending back so-called replacement goods

7. Personal data processing
In order to receive, handle and deliver your order, Nous Atelier AB will process your personal data. All our processing of personal data takes place in accordance with current personal data legislation. 9. Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store e.g. login information or your shopping cart when you browse different websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you
10.1 Force Majeure
Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other extent beyond the control of the party and which prevents the party from fulfilling its obligations and releases the party from this. Such exemption applies under the condition that the business cannot be conducted under these conditions either. The counterparty must be notified immediately of circumstances that may apply this provision
10.2 Change of contract terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, the Sales Company does not have the right to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed

10.4 Disputes & Laws
Swedish law shall be applied to all purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions. Disputes about purchases according to these terms and conditions shall be heard exclusively by the Swedish general court.
Appendix 1, Personal data processing
Nous Atelier AB with Org number 559026-1672, processes personal data in connection with trading at http://www.test.se and is responsible for personal data processing. Personal data is processed in order for Nous Atelier AB to be able to provide its services, mainly for the following purposes (“Purposes”):
• To create and maintain your personal account.
• To receive and process your orders and ship your goods to you.
• To handle any returns.
• To send you SMS notifications about delivery status.
• To answer your questions and inform you about new or changed services.
• To send marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogues.
• To send you surveys that give you the opportunity to influence Nous Atelier AB‘s offers and services.
The data that is processed is the data that you enter, e.g. when you place orders, contact customer service or the like. The information you enter includes e.g. contact information, delivery address and ordered goods (“Personal Data”). The personal data is necessary for Nous Atelier AB to be able to achieve the Purposes. Certain information may also be obtained from public records or from other publicly available sources.
The main legal basis for the processing is that the processing is necessary for Nous Atelier AB to be able to fulfill its obligations towards its customers. Certain treatments are also based on Nous Atelier AB‘s legitimate interest in being able to conduct its business in an efficient and safe manner and on Nous Atelier AB‘s obligation to comply with legal obligations. The personal data may be shared with authorities and other parties that Nous Atelier AB engages to achieve the Purposes, e.g. for delivery. These actors may be based in countries outside the EU/EEA. If the European Commission does not consider that the country ensures an adequate level of protection, the transfer to the third party will be supported by the Commission’s standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA, see Articles 45-46 of Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”). The processing of the Personal Data will last as long as it is necessary to fulfill the Purposes or as long as Nous Atelier AB is obliged to do this. The Personal Data is then deleted.

• Right to rectification – According to Article 16 GDPR, you have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you corrected without undue delay. Taking into account the purpose of the processing, you also have the right to complete incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) – Under certain circumstances, with the support of Article 17 GDPR, you have the right to have the Personal Data deleted.
• Right to restriction of use – Under certain circumstances, you have the right under Article 18 GDPR to restrict the processing of Personal Data
